Lorelie Villarete, PhD

Clinical Affairs Senior Manager, Lingo

Dr. Lorelie Villarete is experienced in both preclinical and clinical development and operations. 

 

Previously, she was the Vice President of Preclinical Development at Pepgen Corporation and is the founder of TaoMedix. Alongside this, Lorelie has held various scientific, strategic, and operations roles in the pharmaceutical, diagnostics, and medical device industries. 

 

Her work to date has been shared across the biopharmaceuticals and device/diagnostics industries, though it has always been aligned with the mission of driving innovative technology.

 

Lorelie holds a bachelor's degree from Loyola Marymount University and a doctorate degree from University of California, Los Angeles. 

 

Beyond this, Lorelie enjoys adventure travel with her family, swimming, biking, running, and creating theme parties and science projects for kids and teens.
