We are with you every day of your Lingo experience, no matter what. Life with a biosensor on your arm takes some getting used to. Bumps and breaks can happen. Phones and apps can also disconnect. Whatever the reason—whether it’s your first or your fortieth—if your biosensor stops working before you’ve used it for 14 days, we’ll replace it.

We’ll ask a few questions to understand what went wrong so we can improve the experience for everyone. Then we’ll send you a new biosensor to continue your metabolic health journey.


Tips for biosensor care
- Try not to catch the sensor on doorways, car doors, seat belts, and furniture.
- When getting dressed or undressed, be careful not to catch any clothing on the sensor.
- Do your best not to play with, pull, or touch the sensor while wearing it.
